Mussels steamed in Sauvignon Blanc with Garlic

A picture is worth a thousand words….
Super easy though, Just Sauté the garlic in olive oil then add the mussels and about a cup or two approx. of sauvignon blanc, then cover and let steam till all the mussels have opened. Then dish out and eat!
