Basa Fillet with Baby Bella Mushrooms, Carrots, and Peas

For a very tasty, simple and healthy lunch or dinner true this recipe.

1 basa filet ripped in two
1 medium carrot thinly sliced
1 baby bella mushroom diced
1 handful of peas
olive oil
sea salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. curl the fillet halves and place them in a baking dish. Add the carrots, mushrooms, and peas all over and around the fillets. Drizzle olive oil and crack sea salt over the fillets and vegetables. Then put the dish in the oven and let bake until the fish is flakey. It takes about 15-20 minutes, give or take.

This dish is super simple for entertaining as well.

Always eat organic, Non GMO foods when you can. The flavors are soooo much more vibrant, can’t even explain.
