Don’t tell me, “Don’t eat avocados, they are fattening,” and then go eat ice cream and drink sodas! diet or not! Avocados are one of my favorite foods. They are full of nutrients, antioxidants, and good fats. The health benefits include but are not limited to:

Now, avocados do provided approximately 200 calories per 100 grams, so they are ideal for individuals who want to gain weight healthily. This does not mean avoid them if you want to lose weight. A quarter to a half of an avocado a day will not make you fat. What’s the saying? Everything in moderation. Too much of any food will make you fat or sick.
En fin, the best avocados are still a bit firm but give a little when you press the top of them. They can be in sweet or savory dishes. I like them best drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt or straight from the skin.
